BEQUETTE,  BARNEY 

Barney Lee Bequette, 78, of Star Route, Mine La Motte was born Apr. 15, 1899 in Madison County 
and died Oct. 21 at his residence. He was a son of the late Flin and Hattie Clouse Bequette. His 
wife, Elsie Bequette, preceded him in death in 1968.

Surviving are: a stepson, Howard Price, Sunnyvale, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Barron, Rt. 5, 
Farmington; a brother, Jeff Bequette, Rt. 3, Farmington; and four nephews.

Services were at 2 p.m. today at Crossroads Church of God with the Rev. Lawrence Winnick 
officiating. Interment was at Libertyville Christian Cemetery under direction of Miller Funeral Home.
