Lois (Pogue) King

Lois F. King, 73, of Florissant, Missouri died October 15, 2003 at St. Joseph's 
Hospital in Kirkwood.

She was born April 12, 1930 in Fredericktown, a daughter of Charles and Bessie 
(Brown) Pogue.

On May 26, 1951 she was married to Roscoe King, a son of Samuel Josh and 
May Shafer King.

Mrs. King was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Wendell 
Pogue and two infants, Vernon Gentry and Wayne Brown Pogue.

Surviving Mrs. King are her husband; son, Garry King, daughter, Karen Cardwell; 
and sisters, Virginia McDowell and Hazel Robinson. Mrs. King had three 
grandchildren and was an aunt, great-aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend to many.

Funeral services were held October 21, 2003 at Fee Fee Baptist Church with 
Pastor Dr. Randall Fullerton officiating. The King Family were faithful members 
of Fee Fee Baptist Church for years.

Arrangements conducted under the direction of Stygar Funeral Chapel in 
Florissant, Missouri.

Interment was at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
