MCCARTY, ARTHUR SR.
Arthur McCarty Sr., 41, of Fredericktown, died Sunday, September 28, 2003, at his home. He was born 
October 7, 1961, in Van Buren, Missouri, the son of Nancy and Patrick McCarty. He married Angela 
Degonia of Fredericktown May 4, 1984, at his home in Fredericktown.

Preceding Mr. McCarty in death was his father.

Survivors include his wife; mother; sons Arthur Jr. and Jesse McCarty, both of Fredericktown; brothers 
Gary McCarty of Fredericktown and Patrick McCarty of Jackson, Missouri; and sisters Alice Carrawell, 
Nancy A. McCarty, and Carol Jones, all of St. Louis, Linda Gresham of Illinois, and Patricia Simpson of 
Festus, Missouri.

Mr. McCarty was buried at Marcus Memorial Park. Arrangements were handled by Follis & Sons 
Funeral Home.
