MOYERS, RUTH
Ruth Moyers, 93, of Claru Deville in Fredericktown, formerly of Esther [St. Francois County, MO], passed 
away Dec. 4, 2002, at Fredericktown. She was born May 27, 1909, in Sligo, MO, daughter of the late 
Sam and Cora Davis Gamblin. Also preceded by husband, Henry Moyers in 1990; two daughters, Melba 
Moyers and Evelyn Combs; one son, Henry James Moyers; one grandson, Craig Combs; one brother, 
Floyd Gamblin and one sister, Blanche Harris.

Survived by one son, Roy L. and wife Marty Moyers of Florrisant; one daughter, Donna, Mrs. Mark 
Stamper of Stafford, Virginia; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; 
one sister, Mildred Nall of St. Louis and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 
Friday at 1 p.m. at the Horton-Wampler Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Frago officiating. Burial, Woodlawn Cemetery.
